First things first!
You need to create a username. This
should be a name we at Citizens can
recognize as “you.” A good choice
would simply be your name. As an
example “JaneDoe” would work just fine.
Next you will need a password. Make it
simple and something you don’t mind
sharing with Citizens Photo.
Very Important: Before you can use the
system, your username and password must
be given to Citizens for FTP set-up.*

Sending files

Very Important!
After you have uploaded
your files to Citizens Photo,
you MUST contact Graphics,
or the lab via email or telephone to let them know that a file(s) is ready to be downloaded for processing.
This procedure applies to
the first files you send to
Citizens, as well as any sent at a later date.
If this is not done, your up-
loaded images will most
likely go unnoticed!
