Sending files without a Username
You can send a file(s) to Citizens with out a
Username, but certain conditions apply!
The file(s) you send are not secure. Other
people maybe able view them on our site.
You must include all of your files in one folder
named with your name, and this folder must
include a text (.txt) file with your name and
instructions for the included files. A text (.txt)
file can be generated in Windows Note pad.
When using Staff-FTP, enter the words
customer.digital.citizensphoto.com in the
Login Area and in the Password area enter
the word none. Follow all other instructions
for using Staff FTP.
You must email the Graphics Department or
the Lab and alert them that a folder with your
name is ready to download. You can also call
and leave a message in either of the above
departments.
Important! This is not meant to be a substitute
for setting up a username and password. Please
contact Citizens to set up your FTP account as
soon as possible. This is meant to be a temporary
measure when you need to send us files and cannot
get the needed information to us.
Very Important!
After you have uploaded
your files to Citizens Photo,
you MUST contact Graphics,
or the lab via email or telephone to let them know that a file(s) is ready to be
downloaded for processing.
This procedure applies to
the first files you send to
Citizens, as well as any sent at a later date.
If this is not done, your up-
loaded images will most
likely go unnoticed!
