After you have uploaded
your files to Citizens Photo,
you MUST contact Graphics,
or the lab via email or telephone to let them know a file(s) is ready to be downloaded for processing.
This procedure applies to
the first files you send to
Citizens, as well as any sent at a later date.
If this is not done, your up-
loaded images will most
likely go unnoticed!
